Billing, Payment Updates and Cancellations

You have landed on this page because your payment failed, you were cancelled because of a failed payment, or want to update your payment information for future. This page will explain this process. We use Stripe as our billing platform and they do not use a dedicated login/logout system for accessing your subscriptions. We have temporary custom links that we can provide you to update your payment information.

If you are already cancelled / lost access

Simply revisit our sign up page and sign up normally as you did the first time. You don't need a custom link, it's a regular checkout process.

If you want to update your billing information for a failed payment or any other reason

Links expire in 5 minutes time, or 1 hour after they are accessed the first time. There's nothing we can change about the time limit on this. You can get a link in 1 of 2 ways:

  • If you are in ourĀ discord server, you can type !portal in the #helpdesk channel to get your own custom link. Again, the command is !portal, an exclamation point followed by the word portal, with no other parameters. Once successful you will immediately receive a direct message from HP-Bot with your own custom link.
  • You can email us directly to support at hiddenpivots.com and ask for a link. Remember, the link has an initial 5 minute timespan so send us an email when you are ready to use the portal and we'll try our best to get back to you as soon as possible.

We'd recommend the first method within the discord server as its self-service and you get the link even quicker than emailing us.
